Swapware Cobranding and End User License Agreement

 1. All copyrights to Swapware are exclusively owned by Bookfinder USA.

 2. Once registered, the user accept the these terms and conditions set here. 

 3. License to Distribute Software. Subject to the terms and conditions of
    this Agreement, including, but not limited to the restrictions of these 
    supplemental terms, Swapware grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, 
    limited license without fees to reproduce and distribute the Software, 
    provided that (1) you distribute the Software complete and unmodified 
    (unless otherwise specified in the applicable README file) (2) you do 
    not distribute additional software intended to replace any component(s) 
    of the Swapware (3) you do not remove or alter any proprietary legends 
    or notices contained in the Software, (4) you only distribute the Software 
    subject to a license agreement that protects Bookfinder USA's interests 
    consistent with the terms contained in this Agreement, and (5) you agree 
    to defend and indemnify Bookfinder USA from and against any damages, costs,
    liabilities, settlement amounts and/or expenses (including attorneys'
    fees) incurred in connection with any claim, lawsuit or action by any
    third party that arises or results from the use or distribution of any
    and all Programs and/or Software.


 4. Swapware may be freely distributed provided the distribution package is 
    not modified. The Swapware may be bundled or distributed with any other 
    package provided that Swapware is complete and unmodified in the bundle. 

 5. All codes provided in Swapware are Copyrighted by Bookfinder USA for use 
    with Swapware ONLY.  Unauthorized using parts of the codes in Swapware 
    without prior written permissin from Bookfinder USA to make your own software
    is strictly prohibited.  Any such unauthorized use may result in criminal 
    and/or civil prosecution.

 6. SWAPWARE IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS".  NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR 
    IMPLIED.  YOU USE SOFTWARE AT YOUR OWN RISK.  THE AUTHOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE 
    FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING 
    OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.

 7. Installing and using Swapware signifies acceptance of these terms  and 
    conditions of the license. 

 8. No adult sites allowed.  
 
 9. If you do not agree with the terms of this license you must remove Swapware 
    files from your storage devices and cease to use the product.

 10. Swapware provided to you PHP client side code in open source format because some users  
     would like to modify the codes to add features to it.  All PHP codes modified should 
     be emailed to bookfinder.us for approval.  Any modification done on any Swapware code 
     automatically become the property of bookfinder.us and may be distributed to others by 
     bookfinder.us.

11. We shall not be held liable for any loss or damages caused by the use or misuse, 
    unavailability or removal of services.
    
 

This agreement will terminate immediately without notice from Bookfinder.US if you fail to 
comply with any material provision of or act outside the scope of the licenses granted above. 

 
    All rights not expressly granted here are reserved 
    by Bookfinder USA.
